All our oil paintings are absolutely hand painted on canvas by highly skilled artists. None of them use mechanical means to transfer or print paintings. When each order is completed, we will send the digital pictures of the paintings for customer’s approval before shipment. If anything needs to be modified, we will modify to meet your every need and request. Customer 100% satisfaction is guaranteed!

2.How do I place an order with you?
First visit our website and choose the image that you are interested in. Contact us with the right Product No., size as well as any special requirement. If you can’t find what you are looking for, you can send your picture or photo us either through email or physically send painting sample to our address for painting.

3.What are the sizes for paintings you offer?
8X10", 12X16", 16X20", 20X24", 24x36, 24x48", 30x40", 36x48", 48x72", and any other customized special size.

4.How is the payment term?
As soon as we receive 50% deposit, we will start painting. We need to receive full payment before shipment is arranged. Currently, we accept the following payment methods: L/C, T/T, Western Union, Paypal for small amount less than USD500.00 and Moneybooker.

5.What’s your minimum order quantity?
No minimum quantity limit, nevertheless, we offer a more preferential price for wholesale and long term business partners. We sell to art galleries, art importer and art dealers etc.

6.How are the paintings shipped?
We can ship by express, by air or by sea according to the quantity you order and your requirement. Basically we use TNT, UPS, FEDEX, DHL as standard Express service to ship our paintings. After we ship out the paintings, we will email you the tracking number.

7.Can you frame the artworks for clients?
Yes, we can. We would like to have the paintings stretched and framed for you in China. You can choose to have painting framed well completely or just let us provide you molding or stretch bar without mounting. This can help to save freight cost a lot. If your order qty is big, we can help to frame paintings and arrange sea shipment for you. This is the best and most economic way to save shipping cost. But it should be on condition that your order is not so urgent.

8.How can you afford to sell your paintings at very low price?
We supply paintings directly, no middleman. So no additional cost occurs. That is why we can offer competitive price. We want to do painting business seriously and run company continuously. After doing a lot of surveys, we set our price at a very reasonable level. We have our own oil painting workshop in Xiamen, China. Our painters and artists are all with rich experience in oil painting. They have at least 15 years of painting experience. And each one focuses on different subject. This greatly ensures painting quality.

9. How if damage happen?
If damage caused by transportation, please take photo as soon as you receive the goods. We will exchange product for you immediately. Please report to us within 7 days immediately after goods arrive you. If we do not have report from you within 7 days after goods arrive you, we will assume goods arrives you in good condition.

10. What is your delivery term?
Normally in 20 days upon receipt of deposit. Please check with us first, if we already have it in stock, we can arrange immediately. If order is urgent, we can specially handle it for you.

11. How do you pack the paintings?
The paintings are firstly packed with a thin plastic film between each other. If paintings are without frame and in small size, we roll them up into a mailing tube and ship out. For big sizes or framed paintings that are difficult to pack in tube, we pack them into a heavy carton box with bubble papers. We promise to handle each painting with great care in order to ship them safely to customers.

12. Can I return the painting if I am not happy about it?

13. Do I need to pay international import duties and taxes?
In most countries, hand-painted oil on canvas are duty free If any, the customer is responsible for the international import duties and/or taxes due upon entry into the destination country. Our shiiping does not include those fees.
